Чужая поза, твоя модель
Сохранил понравившуюся позу из Pinterest — повторил её со своей моделью, не вставая со стула. Механика: первое фото отвечает за кто (лицо, образ, свет), второе — за как (тело, ракурс, кадрирование).
01Универсальный перенос
Two attached images. Image 1 is the IDENTITY reference: take the person, their face, hairstyle, outfit, and the lighting setup and background from it — unchanged. Image 2 is the POSE reference: take ONLY the body pose, the camera angle and the framing from it. Render the person from image 1 in the exact pose and framing of image 2. Keep image 1's light direction and color mood. Natural anatomy, believable weight distribution, real fabric behavior in the new pose. No blending of the two faces — the face comes only from image 1. No text, no watermarks.
Главная строка — запрет на смешивание лиц: без неё модель иногда «усредняет» человека из двух фото.
02Шесть поз текстом
Когда референса позы нет, поза описывается текстом. Формула: положение тела + куда смотрит + крупность и высота камеры. Шесть проверенных студийных вариантов — подставляй в промт вместо описания позы:

Create a contact sheet: six panels in a 3x2 grid, one image. The exact same person from the attached reference — same face, outfit, lighting and background in all panels. Each panel a different pose from this list: [подставь 6 поз из таблицы выше]. Consistent studio look across all panels, real anatomy in every pose. No text, no watermarks.
